  i do have to say though i am very disappointed with the police department in muswellbrook i have been charged with negligent driving (no death or grievous bodily harm) 3 points and $433.00. now i did put a review in as i feel i have done nothing wrong firstly i had no alcohol or drugs in my system, i was not using a mobile phone nor had it any wear near me, i did not fall asleep, i believe i hit an oil patch in the road which then cause me to swere and lose control of the car, i spoke to the gosford police to do a statement after being contacted by the muswellbrook police department on a Friday morning and a long weekend saying i need to do a statement and i need to go to their police department i explained to them i live on the central coast i was then asked well carnt you drive here which i replied no i carnt drive due to my shoulder injury and i have no car, i was then told it was urgent and i needed to get to my local police department which was gosford, so i called my sister to drive me to the gosford police department to give my statement, when i arrived then had no clue what i was doing their they had to contact muswellbrook office to get all the information which they had not bothered to pass on, which is so incompetent, finally i was told to go home and a office would come to the house to see me for a statement, which was about a week latter.

  the state revenue is a waste of time and a waste of tax payers money when all they do is well nothing that's what they do they believe the police every time . no wonder people and the younger generation have no respect for the police and i can tell you now i have no respect for them what so ever they are a joke. i am a good driver my biggest fear was to drive, i always drive carefully and i have never had a fine in all my time of driving, but that is never taken into account, i have lost all respect for the police and i have lost respect of people again, the state revenue office is a joke and no one ever gets a review to go their way cause a cops word in law well you know what they are human and wrong alot of the time and the amount of times i have seen them brake the law is amazing one law for them and one for us, no wonder they have lost the respect of the younger generation.

  i gave my statement to the officer and as he was leaving i asked about if i would have a fine he said to me in his opinion and the evidence he had that i should not be charged or get a fine but they are sometimes told by their managers to send fines out anyway which is totally wrong and all to do with hitting quotas they are not concerned about people only money. so in the mail comes a fine which i mentioned above. so i then put a review in as i dont feel i did anything to cause the accident, now the accident happened on a wet road with drizzling rain it happen on the straight and i hit the oil patch which swerved me to the left which i then corrected to the right then over corrected a second time which flipped the car and hit a tree now in the review the officers lies and says i was on a slight bend and veered to the right which is not what happened.
