    I have just found out that Muswellbrook Branch will be closing in March 2018. As a loyal St George Customer I find this is unacceptable for their rural clients. Passbooks will no longer be able to be used in Muswellbrook which will affect the elderly as most like the use of a passbook. St George bank are obviously thinking more of profit then the impact of their positive presence in rural towns. The staff at Muswellbrook and Singleton have always been helpful and professional and it is very sad that a national bank cannot employ people in rural towns.
