  Thermostat in the air con isn't working, so I have neither heating or cooling. Today was a 39 degree day, the last of my three night stay. There are no fans and no alternative way to cool down.

  The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't work, which honestly hasn't mattered today, as I've been forced to take cold showers to cool off anyway.

  Food isn't really any good. The overall atmosphere of the place was dull. Staff were fine. Price of food was normal, quality was well below ok.

  The window rattler heater in our room was useless-it didn’t warm the room up and was fairly noisy. Such a shame about the heater but it really put a downer on our stay. However the reception staff and Chinese restaurant staff were absolutely lovely and our room was near and tidy with plenty of space for suitcases.

  I'm at the stage where I'm legitimately considering sleeping in the work car so that at least I can run the air con and cool down.

  For $99 a night I do not expect it to be anything spectacular, however I certainly wont be staying again. This is by far the worst place I've stayed in.

  I've been struggling to actually write this review as the WiFi seems to drop out continuously. Each time I attempt to connect I'll have to go through the sign in process twice, which wouldn't be an issue if it didn't drop out so frequently.

  I've been throwing water all over the room in the hopes of bringing the temperature down a few degrees. I'm sitting here writing this review next to drenched curtains, wet towels thrown over the bed, etc.

  The reason I gave this 2 stars is because the staff are really friendly, and the bed was fairly comfortable, all issues aside. I hope that I saved someone the trouble of coming here with this review...
